HEATHER K.L. CONAHAN, ESQ. has been in practice since 1996, and has practiced exclusively in the area of estate planning since 1999. Prior to joining Loden & Conahan, she worked at the U.S. Attorney’s office, Koshiba, Agena & Kubota and Hawaiian Trust Co., Ltd. (now known as Bank of Hawaii). She has presented lectures to various financial institutions, private organizations, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and the Hawaii Association of Public Accountants. She is currently a member of Hawaii State Bar Association and participates in the Probate and Estate Planning and Real Property sections of the HSBA. She is also a member of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council and she has served on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Metropolitan Honolulu and American Civil Liberties Union, and she is an advisor to numerous non-profits to facilitate discussions on planned giving opportunties. Ms. Conahan has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America Publication since 2006, and was featured on the cover of Honolulu Magazine’s Best Lawyers edition in 2010.

ELLIOT H. LODEN, ESQ. formerly served as the Internal Revenue Service Estate Tax Attorney, State of Hawaii. He has served as President of the Tax Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association, President of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council and Chairman of the Western Region, Economics of Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1983, and continuously since 2001 in Honolulu Magazine as an “A+” attorney.
